Information collected

The player form collects your name, date of birth, Kerala district, contact and WhatsApp numbers, email, residence and tournament availability answers, representation history, playing role and styles, CricHeroes and optional scoring-profile links, and any remarks you choose to provide. It also collects a player photograph and the requested identity/address proof, including Aadhaar where submitted.

Registration records include a player identifier, category derived from Highest Representation, verification and auction/allocation information, and payment status. Payment processing records may include provider references, amounts, verified transaction details and receipts. The registration form does not request card details or banking passwords.

We record the versions of the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy accepted at submission, the acceptance wording and UTC timestamp. Previous acceptance history is retained. Optional communication choices are recorded separately. Website session and security cookies support form submission and authorized administrative access.

How information is used

We use these details to assess eligibility, verify identity and address, administer player registration, classify players for the auction, manage selection and franchise allocation, reconcile payments and refunds, maintain receipts and answer enquiries. Contact details support registration administration. Optional promotional or WhatsApp choices are separate from required policy acceptance; WhatsApp automation is deferred.

Player information and public content

Registration details and uploaded verification documents are accessible through authorized League administration. The current website does not publish a public directory of submitted player registrations or uploaded player photographs. Public League pages may show separately approved team, event and media content. Submitting identity/address proof does not give permission to publish it.

Identity documents, private contact details, payment references and private verification notes are not public player information. Administrative player/auction exports contain selected cricket, category, selection and payment-status information; they exclude verification documents, private contact details and notes.

Authorized access and service providers

Authorized League administrators access registrations and private documents for verification and administration. Hosting and database services support storage; configured payment providers support transaction verification and refunds; email services support approved communications and receipts. These services receive the information needed for their role. External profile and social-media links operate under their own policies.

Existing franchise-enquiry services may also process enquiry and Meta lead-ad information for application review and communication. The League's existing website policy identifies Meta, Cloudflare, analytics, email and hosting services. Player identity documents are not made public through those website links.

Storage, security and retention

Uploaded verification files are stored privately and served through authorized administrative access. Access controls and payment-verification safeguards protect registration records. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for registration and League administration, business operations, accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations and dispute resolution. No fixed retention period is specified in this policy.

Privacy enquiries and requests

Contact privacy@cslt10.com to ask about your information, correct submitted details, request access or deletion, or withdraw future optional promotional communications. See the User Data Deletion page for the existing request process. Requests are reviewed in light of verification, accounting and other applicable record-keeping needs.
