4. We delete or anonymize the relevant personal information where legally and operationally permitted.
5. We send confirmation after the request has been completed.

4. Processing Time

Valid deletion requests will normally be processed within 7 business days after successful identity verification.

More time may be required where the request is incomplete, difficult to verify, unusually complex, or affected by legal or regulatory requirements.

5. Information That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where reasonably required for:

• Compliance with applicable laws or regulatory requirements
• Accounting, taxation, or audit obligations
• Fraud prevention and system security
• Dispute resolution or legal claims
• Records that have already been anonymized and can no longer identify you

Any retained information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.

6. Facebook and Instagram Lead Data

Where your information was submitted through Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads, we will delete or anonymize the corresponding data stored in our own enquiry and lead-management systems where permitted.

Deleting data from our systems does not automatically remove information retained independently by Meta under its own policies and legal obligations.

7. Withdrawal from Future Communications

You may also request that we stop sending future promotional or franchise communications without requesting deletion of the entire enquiry record.
